Acquired Features 101: Investor, Lender, and Photographer Registration
Signing up as an Investor, Private Lender, or Property Photographer on Acquired is easy, and adds another place for your services to be found.
Let's get started
To start, click the "Sign in" button in the top-right corner of our website.
Once you see the login screen, you can head to the registration page by clicking the blue underlined "sign up" link in upper right corner of the login card. This will take you to the normal registration page.
Below the sign up form, you'll see three black and white button labeled "Become a Cash Buyer", "Become a Lender", and "Become a Photographer". Choose the button that best describes how you want to be found on Acquired!
After deciding the best fit for you, continue with registration as normal. All fields are required, as they will help others on Acquired find you.
*important* For Investors and Lenders, after you submit your registration, an email will be sent to you with a link to submit your proof of funds. We ask for this information in order to verify that you are able to lend or invest the funds that you described in your registration, which is part of the reason we created Acquired in the first place. We don't want anyone to portray themselves as an investor or lender, only to disappear when it comes time to transfer funds or close the deal by the contract deadline.
So, what's in it for you?
Along with having another place online to showcase your work, or to offer your services, Acquired offers other benefits for you and your business as well.
As an Investor, you gain direct access to investment properties as soon as they're listed, allowing you to be the first one to reach out to a wholesaler about their property. Being listed on Acquired has another advantage as well, and that is having wholesalers come directly to you. No more searching for your own deals, dealing with agents, or spending half your day doing extensive comps! Get all of the action points about a property brought right to you, so that you can cherry pick the ones that stand out to you the most.
As a Lender, the benefits of being listed on Acquired are very similar to those of Investors, but you may also have the Investors coming to you for funding too! Maybe an Investor just bought a fix and flip property, but they need funding for the renovation. Who are they going to go to? Who are they going to call? You!
As a Property Photographer, you can list your services with us at Acquired as well. Just because you're not the one offering the financing, doesn't mean that you're not an integral part of the home buying and selling process. Without skilled photographers, property owners typically don't have high quality images of their property, causing the listing to sit around for up to twice as long as those with high quality photos.

Can I still use Acquired the same way others do?
Of course! The only difference that joining us at Acquired as an Investor, Lender, or Photographer is, is that your services are now listed for everyone to see. Other than that, you can still connect with other Investors, Lenders, or Photographers, as well as property owners and wholesalers.
