Congratulations on selling your property!
Looking to list a property on Acquired? We've got you covered! Our step-by-step process makes it quick and easy to get your listing up and running.
In order to list a property on Acquired, you must be signed in. If you aren't already, click the black "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the page. That will take you to the Sign In page.
Sign in to your account. If you haven't already created an account, click on the black "Sign up" button on the top right corner of the page and fill out the required fields. Don't worry, signing up is always 100% free!
Once you're signed in, head to the "Post a Deal" page located in the navigation bar. This is where you'll start the process of adding your listing.
On the first page,

Fill out the address of your property in the search bar at the top. After selecting the address, the individual fields will automatically populate with the details. Remember to include the house number for accurate pin locations, but don't worry, we won't display it in your listing.
- Fill out the rest of the details including the Property Type, Bedroom and Bathroom Counts, the year the property was built, and the square footage.
After filling out the information on the first page, click the "Next Step" button to continue. On this page, fill out the deal numbers for your listing, starting with the "Estimated After Repair Value (ARV)" and ending with the Repairs Description. Once you're done, click the "Next Step" button.
On this page, add a captivating headline, a detailed description, and up to 10 images to give others a great first impression.
Once you've added the headline, description, and images, click the "Next Step" button one last time (you're right at the finish line, we promise). The last page is a Property Review page that includes all of the information about the property you've just input. This gives you one last overview of everything before you list it. If you're happy with how everything looks, click the green "Submit Listing" button to add your property to Acquired!
We know that may have been a few steps more than expected, but providing all the necessary information other wholesalers or Investors may be looking for is important. You can find your newly listed property on the Listings Page, or in your account under "My Listings". We'll cover that in another post as well!
